Responsibilities

• Register and check-out patients for appointments.
• Collect co-payments and account balances.
• Update demographics at each visit.
• Record patient information in OmniMD.
• Assist with MRI prior approvals and prior authorizations for medications.
• Assist with forms at check-in/out.
• Perform front desk duties: answer calls, greet patients, maintain records.
• Help nurse and office manager with inventory and orders.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
• Travel between offices for cross-coverage as needed.
