Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify patient insurance information and update medical records
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical supplies are stocked
• Collect patient information, take vital signs, and document medical histories
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate follow-up appointments
