You will greet clients and their dogs, manage check-ins and appointments, handle payments, and coordinate with kennel staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Love for dogs and comfort handling animals of all breeds and sizes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, or ability to learn quickly.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process payments, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with kennel and daycare staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
• Upsell and communicate available services, packages, and promotions to clients.
