Disc Centers of America- Altamonte Springs is seeking a Front Desk Manager for a fast-paced, patient-focused practice. You will oversee the patient journey from first contact through the care plan, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in medical front desk, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and EHR systems. The role is on-site with opportunity for growth and involvement in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in medical front desk or administrative role.
• Preferably bilingual Spanish.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and practice management software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/out, maintain a high-energy office atmosphere.
• Schedule patient appointments across care phases using practice software.
• Answer calls professionally and follow up with new patient leads.
• Explain care plans, insurance vs. self-pay, and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and request medical records (MRIs, history).
• Support social media content and patient engagement initiatives.
