Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management, owner of Margaritaville Lake Resort, is seeking a strong leader for the Front Desk team to drive service excellence daily. The role reports to the Front Desk Manager/Front Office Manager/Assistant General Manager and requires at least 1 year of Front Desk experience and 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. You will oversee up to 10 staff, ensure end-of-day reports, manage guest requests and inquiries,

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Front Desk Agents and PBX Operators.
• Increase guest satisfaction through staff development and training.
• Read pass on logbook, review daily arrivals and room activity.
• Prepare the Daily Scoop Sheet and assist with occupancy planning.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or questions.
