Qualifications

• Strong management skills with ability to delegate, coach, and recognize performance.
• Ability to handle difficult guest situations with prompt, courteous service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Directs front desk staff and supervises daily hotel operations in line with policies.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and staff performance reviews.
• Maintains records such as cash flow, direct bills, receipts, and registrations.
• Leads staff meetings and ensures compliance with procedures and laws.
• Handles guest complaints and staff issues, and covers shifts as needed.
• Assists sales and marketing efforts and responds to room rate requests.
