Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

You will handle linen changes, replenish supplies, and report maintenance concerns while delivering friendly, professional service. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to meet brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.
