Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, set up and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure a clean, welcoming experience. You will interact with guests, handle health and safety standards, and support a rotating breakfast menu with a positive attitude.

The role fits a fast-paced hotel setting with emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Prior restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, and strong communication is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant experience a plus.
• Hotel experience highly preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service
