Job summary

The Courtyard Portland City Center, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead guest services with professionalism and passion. You will supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction through accurate check-ins, efficient check-outs, and coordinated transportation services.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum two years of front desk supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years as front desk supervisor or four years front office experience in hotel work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Facilitate check-out and close guest accounts per procedures.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate guest services with valet/taxi and transportation providers.
