Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Courtyard Portland Tigard in Oregon. You will be the first impression for guests, handling all questions, requests and complaints with prompt courtesy to create memorable experiences during their stay.

Applicants should have guest-facing customer service experience in fast-paced environments, strong verbal and written communication, basic technology skills, and the ability to stand for a full shift.

Qualifications

• Previous guest-facing customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests.
• Answer questions about the local area and facilities and provide directions/resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transfers and taking messages.
• Post and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
