As the first point of contact, you’ll handle scheduling, registrations, and inquiries about benefits and discounts, maintaining high-quality customer service and precise patient information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and patient management systems.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Manage Patient Flow: Keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients and timely scheduling and check-ins.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Ensure patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system.
• Communication Pro: Answer phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits and our Discount Policy clearly.
• Be the Scheduling Guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensure it’s effective, organized, and optimized for best patient experience.
