Job summary

TJ Maxx in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, ensure store safety, and maintain a positive shopping experience. You will support the District Loss Prevention Manager and store teams, including wearing a Body Worn Camera and using a store radio for communications.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of retail or security experience, with strong communication, initiative, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper, professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/theft.
• Wear a complete company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management."
