Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to join a comprehensive development program designed to build future hospitality leaders. This role provides hands-on experience in all front office operations while preparing you for a leadership role.

You will work with department leaders, learning scheduling, coaching, and performance management while supporting guest satisfaction and brand standards; open availability Mon-Sun 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM, with primary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel experience in a front office or guest service role strongly preferred.
• Proven passion for hospitality and commitment to growing into a management position.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and daily room assignments.
• Deliver warm, personalized service reflecting our commitment to excellence and local charm.
• Train alongside department leaders to learn supervisory duties such as scheduling, team coaching, and performance management.
• Help ensure compliance with brand and service standards, maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support resolution of guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in operational and leadership training to build knowledge of financial performance, labor management, and service delivery.
• Contribute to front office communications, systems updates, and team meetings to support continuous improvement.
