Job summary

Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Minneapolis seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, welcome guests warmly, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs that set a memorable tone.

You’ll coordinate reservations and VIP requests, train associates, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, while tracking logs, messages, and packages and upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins/check-outs smooth and stress-free; manage reservations and VIP requests.
• Track logs, messages, and packages; ensure every detail is handled with professionalism and speed.
• Stay sharp on rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while maintaining guest value.
• Build and lead a strong team, train associates, and address guest concerns while upholding safety and standards.
