Hilton Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at our downtown Milwaukee property that recently underwent a $40 million renovation.

You will supervise the Front Desk, Bell Services, Door Staff, and Concierge, greet guests, handle requests, and ensure service aligns with brand standards while maintaining a warm, professional guest experience.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or front desk preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.

Mansioni

• Supervise front desk, reservations, and bell staff.
• Greet guests, check in/out, answer phones.
• Post transactions, handle payments, and issue mail.
