COPA STC in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Front Desk Manager on Duty to serve as main contact for members, guests, and visitors. You will oversee daily front desk operations, respond to inquiries, and support Adult Evening Leagues, rentals, youth programming, and events.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of front desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. Shifts include weekdays evenings and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic POS systems.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends per shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Greet members, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle check-ins, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and emails efficiently.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Perform hourly attendance checks and facility walkthroughs.
• Maintain front desk, Pro Shop, vending, concessions, and first aid kits.
• Assist with memberships, registrations, bookings, rentals, and events.
