Legends Global at the Thayer Sports Center seeks a Front Desk Attendant to greet visitors, answer inquiries, and process payments. You will manage reservations, keep records, and monitor the parking lot and waivers, while upholding facility rules. The role includes Fridays, evenings, and weekend shifts in a busy indoor arena.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with comfort in a fast-paced environment and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn new programs.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about the facility, events, and services offered.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Manage scheduling and reservations for events and facility use.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities and transactions.
• Monitor the parking lot to ensure safety and report concerns.
• Collect payments for events, issue receipts, and record transactions.
• Verify attendees have paid and signed waivers; monitor compliance with facility rules.
