COPA Soccer Training Center is seeking a Weekend Party Leader in Walnut Creek, CA. This part-time, hourly role requires weekend shifts (1–8 PM) and involves overseeing daily party events, ensuring safety, adherence to plans, and a top-notch guest experience.

You will greet families, manage check-ins, and coordinate turnover after events. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, reliable, and able to lead a small team of coaches and front desk staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, structured environments.
• Able to supervise a team of coaches and front desk staff.
• Weekend availability: Saturdays and Sundays 1–8 PM.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Pass background screening.
• Professional appearance, communication and behavior.
• Friendly, outgoing with kids and adults.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• CPR/First Aid certification (desirable).
• 1–3 years in events/parties (desirable).
• Soccer knowledge not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Parties scheduled during your shift.
• Assist with turnover and cleaning of Party Rooms.
• Ensure all Party Rooms are set up per the pre-determined event plan and customer preferences.
• Greet the Party Family and guests, check in, and manage waivers.
• Address last-minute questions from Party Families.
• Ensure Parties start on time and check in guests.
• Enforce facility rules and safety guidelines.
• Gather feedback from families and report to Party Manager.
• Report headcount and any contract issues to Party Manager.
• Step in as a Party Coach if needed.
• Represent COPA STC professionally at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
