Job summary

COPA Soccer Training Center in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a Daytime Front Desk Manager to open the facility, greet members, and keep the front desk running smoothly through the day. This role supports operations, sales, staffing, and league play with a friendly, organized, self-directed approach.

You will handle check-ins, phone and email inquiries, onboarding of new members, jersey orders, and help coordinate scheduling, registrations, and basic administration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or front desk experience.
• Comfort with computers, email, and POS or member management software.
• Reliable availability for early morning shifts starting at 7:00 AM.
• Experience in fitness, sports facility, or club setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the facility each morning and confirm spaces are clean and ready.
• Greet members, check in, answer questions, and route inquiries.
• Handle front desk emails and phone calls professionally.
• Track new member onboarding and ensure proper program connections.
• Support sales, registrations, and memberships changes.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily administration.
• Perform laundry and cleaning tasks as needed.
