Retro Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Associate to greet members, check in guests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals. You will sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training, answer questions, resolve billing issues and keep the desk area organized and on-brand.

This role also supports day-to-day operations and team communication, creating a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in all members and guests.
• Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues and track front desk activity.
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked and on‑brand.
