HealthFitness is seeking a Lead Front Desk Receptionist in Bentonville, AR to oversee daily front desk operations and support the Front Desk Director and Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, handling member check-ins, and assisting with memberships while ensuring a welcoming, efficient facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of in-person customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire from a recognized provider.
• Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook) and ability to navigate electronic systems.
• Strong interpersonal, accountability and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand up to 50% of a shift.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations during shifts and support the Front Desk Director and Manager.
• Interact with members and guests to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ins, transactions, and sales/renewals as needed.
• Escalate performance or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Provide on-site facility oversight and assist with onboarding and training of front desk staff.
