Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a Lead Front Desk Receptionist for the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center. You will lead daily front desk operations, support the Front Desk Director and Manager, and deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

This full-time 30-hour role includes long and short shifts, weekend coverage, and opportunities to guide a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• OSHA compliant First Aid/CPR/AED required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn a member management/POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and support shifts for smooth daily flow.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for front desk team.
• Handle member check-ins, sign-ins, and transactions, including sales/renewals.
• Escalate performance issues to Front Desk Director as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe environment and assist with emergencies.
