Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a part-time Front Desk Receptionist for weekend shifts in Bentonville, AR. You will greet members, manage check-ins, answer questions, and provide information on memberships and programs in a friendly, service-oriented environment.

The role requires a minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality, 18+ years old, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire. Proficiency with MS Office and our ClubAutomation system is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or have earned a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of verifiable experience in a Customer Service or Hospitality role.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to stand up to 50% of the time during a shift.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with member management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and assist members and guests with a welcoming, hospitable attitude.
• Provide information on programs, services and memberships, and answer questions.
• Assist with enrollment, check-in/check-out procedures and basic administrative tasks.
• Navigate the member management system and troubleshoot account issues as needed.
• Support promotional campaigns and participate in team meetings and training.
