HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our Bentonville, AR facility. You will greet visitors, assist with check-ins, and provide information about memberships, programs, services, and offerings.

This part-time role averages about 6.5 hours per week with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, either opening or closing. You’ll be a welcoming first contact and deliver exceptional service in a health and wellness environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of verifiable experience in a Customer Service or Hospitality role.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to stand up to 50% of a shift.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with databases/tools.

Aufgaben

• Greet, check-in and assist customers.
• Provide program, services, and membership information to guests.
• Support front desk administrative duties and enrollment processes.
• Navigate the ClubAutomation system and resolve simple account issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and participant satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as needed.
