• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of a member management system.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage with, and assist members and guests at the front desk.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and provide information about memberships, programs, services, and facility offerings.
• Record and enroll memberships; handle routine administrative duties and data entry.
• Navigate the ClubAutomation system to manage accounts and resolve issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, courteous manner.
• Support staff meetings and participate in events as needed.
