Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island, FL is seeking a service-minded professional to join our team as Front Desk Supervisor. The main responsibility is to meet the needs of all guests staying and visiting the resort while supporting the Front Desk Agents.

Primary responsibilities include supervising front desk operations, training and supporting agents, resolving guest concerns, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth, courteous service.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work well under pressure during check-in/check-out
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy with guest interactions
• Proficiency with PMS systems and MS Office
• Warm, professional communication with guests
• Strong organizational capabilities and teamwork
• Experience supervising hotel/resort front desk staff
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred

Aufgaben

• All Essential Job Functions of a Front Desk Agent
• Supervise front desk operations to meet guest service standards
• Train and support Front Desk Agents
• Lead the Front Desk Team to promote teamwork and respect
• Resolve guest complaints with thorough research and effective solutions
• Monitor guest satisfaction and improve scores
• Make and confirm reservations, including Wholesale/OTA
• Handle billing, payments and reservation changes
• Inventory control and front desk supplies management
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and smooth operations
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures
