Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred; 4+ years customer service required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Firm understanding of Night Audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Register guests in/out of applicable software systems.
• Provide guests with information on the venue and resort.
• Be knowledgeable about property and surrounding area, local attractions and shopping services.
• Ensure standards are met through service observations.
• Provide leadership and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Oversee timely responses to special requests and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain inventory of guest literature and supplies.
• Monitor VIP guests and assist with concierge best practices.
