Job summary

Kohler Hospitality in Kohler, WI is seeking a Dining Supervisor I to support the restaurant management team with administrative and operational tasks. You will greet guests, present menus, upsell items, take orders in the POS, and help manage front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires Safe Serve certification, 3+ years in restaurant settings with supervisory experience, and the ability to work early shifts from 5:15 am to 11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Safe Serve Certified, as applicable.
• Must be 18 years old.
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily administrative.
• Process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
• Greet guests and present menus, informing them about specials and changes.
• Suggest food and beverages to upsell.
• Enter orders into the POS and process payments.
• Clear and reset tables and linens as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with dining room flow and station distribution.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service (18+ and licensed).
