Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally during check-in and check-out.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, upgrades, and special requests.
• Process charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
• Maintain accurate invoices, direct bill accounts, and guest folios.
