Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel Murano in Tacoma. You will lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, check guests in, handle requests, and resolve issues to WOW guests while maintaining the house bank and shift procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and coach front desk agents.
• Maintain cash handling and house bank procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and perks.
• Monitor shift operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle guest requests and VIP arrangements.
