Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a customer-focused Restaurant Server at Hotel Murano in Tacoma. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, presenting menus, and guiding them through their culinary journey with expert menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Describe menu items and guide guests through their culinary journey.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the menu to enhance conversations and upsell.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to resolutions that leave them happy and satisfied.
• Present bills in a timely and accurate manner.
