• Experience at a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Take orders accurately and relay special requests to kitchen.
• Explain menu items with descriptive selling and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
• Process payments and finalize the guest experience with a accurate bill.
