Norman Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a friendly front desk associate to oversee guest check-ins/outs and support daily operations at our Norman, OK location.

You will train teammates, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a welcoming lobby environment. Must have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and serve as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally (leave guests with a smile).
• Assist with daily tasks such as event sheets, business center support, and lobby upkeep.
