Qualifications

• Must have front desk experience and be able to communicate clearly
• Must be fluent in English and able to read, write, and speak well
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel software as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests at all times
• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure smooth operations
• Train and orient new Associates and monitor performance
• Maintain brand standards and assist with payroll and daily reconciliation
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support Operations Manager, AGM or GCM as needed
