Job summary

Arbor Lodging is a leading hotel investment and management company with a growing portfolio across the United States. The Front Desk Supervisor (FDS) will lead the front desk team, train staff, and schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the FDS oversees front desk technology, reservation strategies, and guest services, while supporting accounting and HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of front desk experience in a hotel.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team training and scheduling.
• Oversee guest services and information accuracy at check-in/out.
• Ensure security of cash and guest data per procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and assist with HR tasks as needed.
