Job summary

Aramark at Bolger Center in Potomac, MD seeks an Assistant Front Desk Manager to support the Front Desk Manager in daily operations. This guest-facing role represents the face of the Front Desk, driving exceptional service, efficiency, and team engagement.

You will lead by example during peak times, help schedule coverage, and coach staff to uphold brand standards. The position requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Desk Manager in all aspects of front desk operations, policies, and procedures.
• Act as the manager on duty in the Front Desk Manager's absence.
• Lead by example by working alongside the front desk team at the desk during peak times.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including arrivals, departures, room assignments, and guest communications.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and shift coordination to maintain adequate staffing levels.
