Canopy Minneapolis in the Mill District is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the guest flow, ensure brand standards, and coach staff. This on-site role will require strong leadership and a focus on delivering Positively Yours service to every guest.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in hospitality with supervisory experience, is committed to teamwork, and can manage daily desk operations, communications, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to follow directions in a multilingual environment.
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and basic budgetary analysis.
• Strong knowledge of hotel front desk operations, services, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure efficient check-in/check-out while upholding brand standards.
• Lead desk operations and coach front desk staff to deliver exemplary service.
• Act as first line of contact for guest complaints and coordinate with other departments.
