White Lodging is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to support daily hotel front office operations at one of our premium properties. This entry-level leadership role focuses on supervising a front desk team, owning shift operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that define a premium stay.

Ideal candidates may come from guest services or front desk roles and are eager to grow into Front Desk Manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest requests.
• Supervise Front Desk, AYS, and Executive Lounge duties to ensure service excellence.
• Act as manager on duty when needed and coach team members on service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
