Qualifications

• Hospitality or leadership experience preferred.

• Tech-savvy with hotel systems; avoid frozen screen.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, lobby maintenance.
