Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the Springfield Courtyard in Springfield, MO. You will manage guest check-ins/outs with warmth, assist guests, and support daily operations to keep the lobby guest-ready.

You’ll train new staff, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Atrium’s standards and brand. This role requires mobility, customer focus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and patience to keep things running smoothly.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership is preferred and helps manage guests and teammates.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; strong communication and math basics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
