Asher Adams in Salt Lake City is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure seamless guest check-in, check-out, and service excellence that defines unforgettable stays.

You will train and onboard staff, handle guest inquiries and billing questions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and elevate guest experiences. Strong leadership, cash handling, and computer skills are required, along with a High School diploma or GED and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and reservation software.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve experiences.
