Medi-Weightloss is seeking a dynamic front desk professional in Elk Grove Village to open, greet patients, collect payments, and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will own the phones, schedule, and patient communications, while educating patients on available injections, vitamins, shakes, and supplements.

Formación

• Experience in a clinic or fast-paced patient/customer-facing role.
• Excellent phone skills: warm, confident, and persistent.
• Able to quickly learn new software with minimal trainings.
• Accurate real-time documentation of records and interactions.
• Self-motivated, accountable and takes ownership of work.
• Enjoy helping people and making them feel cared for.

Responsabilidades

• Open the clinic and set the tone; prepare forms, verify supplies, and ready the space before first patient.
• Serve as the front desk face: check-in patients, collect payments, communicate balances in real time.
• Manage the phones: confirm appointments, call no-shows, follow up on leads and overdue visits.
• Keep the schedule full and organized; reschedule cancellations and plan injections.
• Sell services and products (injections, vitamins, shakes, supplements) by educating patients.
• Close the day by reconciling payments, counting cash, and preparing tomorrow’s schedule.
• Encourage Google reviews at appropriate moments after milestones and great visits.
