Job summary

Medi-Weightloss Elk Grove Village is seeking a confident Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive enrollments, and grow the clinic’s revenue. You’ll coach a team, manage patient flow, and ensure excellent patient experiences from first contact to follow-up.

No healthcare background is required, only strong leadership and sales skills. The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with a performance bonus and full-time hours in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

What You'll Own

As Clinic Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like its own:

• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
• Lead patient consultations and confidently present program options, packages, and add-on services
• Grow patient retention through renewals, follow-ups, and re-engagement of past patients
• Set and track monthly sales and conversion goals for yourself and the team
• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff, including coaching the team on sales and patient conversations
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
• Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
