We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant who brings strong clinical skills and excellent customer service. If you’re excited by both patient care and helping guide patients through their wellness journey, this role is a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do (Clinical Responsibilities)

You will work directly with our provider to support safe, efficient, and empathetic patient care, including:

• Perform urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy, and body composition testing
• Obtain and accurately record patient vitals
• Administer IM injections
• Prepare and manage lab orders and results
• Assist in patient referrals to other healthcare professionals
• Maintain clinical workflow in a fast-paced, supportive environment

What You’ll Do (Patient Experience & Support)

You’ll help ensure each patient feels supported, understood, and motivated throughout their journey:

• Document patient progress in the EMR
• Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concerns
• Support patients with questions about the Medi-Weightloss program
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication at every visit

What You’ll Do (Team, Operations & Growth)

This is a collaborative role in a growing clinic—your contribution matters.

• Assist with administrative duties (phones, scheduling, filing)
• Maintain daily inventory for clinical supplies
• Support clinic marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
• Train new staff on procedures (when requested)
• Contribute ideas to enhance clinic workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes
