Medi-Weightloss is seeking a driven Office Manager to lead the Elk Grove clinic, grow enrollments, and drive day-to-day operations. You’ll coach staff, manage patient flow, and oversee revenue and compliance in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

No medical background required. If you can lead, sell, and execute, we’ll teach you the rest. Compensation includes a base salary and performance bonus. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments.
• Lead patient consultations and present program options and packages.
• Grow patient retention through renewals and follow-ups.
• Set and track monthly sales and conversion goals for the team.
• Coach administrative and clinical staff on sales and patient conversations.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, records and follow-up.
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance.

What You’ll Own

As Clinic Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own:

• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
• Lead patient consultations and confidently present program options, packages, and add-on services
• Grow patient retention through renewals, follow-ups, and re-engagement of past patients
• Set and track monthly sales and conversion goals for yourself and the team
• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff, including coaching the team on sales and patient conversations
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
• Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
