Topcon Solutions Stores, Inc. in Spokane is seeking a Front Counter Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and field teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless service at our location.

You will support orders, inventory, and coordination with multiple departments to keep projects moving. The ideal candidate is customer-focused with strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Formación

• Front-desk and office administration experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Serve walk-in customers and handle phones.
• Enter and update sales and rental orders with the sales team.
• Monitor open orders for timely shipping.
• Perform weekly inventory counts.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between locations.
• Work with the service department for equipment turnaround.
• Update records in the ERP system.
• Process vendor invoices and forward to accounting.
• Reconcile petty cash and cash transactions.
• Monitor sales activity and resolve issues.
