Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in office administration or front-desk operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and manage all incoming calls.
• Enter and update sales and rental orders with the sales team.
• Monitor open sales and purchase orders for timely shipping.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and coordinate mobile inventories.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between locations.
• Update inventory, sales, and rental records in the ERP system.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with accounting.
