Responsibilities

• Manage room inventory to maximize selling opportunities.
• Assign group room blocks and accommodate guest preferences.
• Analyze reports to support front desk decisions.
• Assist with guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Support advancement from Front Office Agent toward management.
