Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to answer phones and respond to emails to sell Glass Doctor services. We invest in our people with training, tools, and processes to help you succeed, and you’ll be part of a team that values customer service and a positive attitude.

You’ll educate customers on features and benefits, handle inquiries, log information in the system, and support walk-in clients. Competitive pay ($18–$24/hr) plus bonuses and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services.
• Answer phone calls from customers with glass needs.
• Enter all pertinent customer and job information in the computer system.
• Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Maintain open lines of communication with ownership/management.
• Assist walk-in customers in-shop as needed.
