Dave & Buster’s is looking for a friendly front desk/host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through the dining, game rental, and merchandise experience. You’ll help manage wait times, assist with transactions, and coordinate seating in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Ideal candidates have some restaurant, retail, or cashier experience, enjoy working with the public, and are comfortable communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Friendly and able to communicate effectively with Guests.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and manage front desk/host duties to ensure positive first impressions.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone inquiries.
• Process guest transactions and assist with to-go orders as needed.
• Keep front desk area stocked and maintain cleanliness and organization.
